CommentsCU428 somatic replacement with BLT-HA tag in the MTT1 locus, has Neo2 in 5’ flanking region of MTT1. Wild type BLT1 gene still present. This is a partial replacement. Cannot single-cell, only some cells express the HA tagged BLT when induced with Cd.
