CommentsThis is the germline KO homozygous heterokaryon. Both copies of major histone H3 were removed. Also HHF2 and intergenic region connecting it to HHT2. KO with Neo cassette. The ∆H3 gl 2.* series have a different mating type from the ∆H3 gl 10.* series All the 10.* series are separate cell lines.
