CommentsCentromeric H3 protein, green by IF. Partial mac replacement of MTT1 gene with GFP c-terminal tagged CNA1 gene. Thaw cells without drugs, then grow them in 60-100ug/ml blasticidin, Use 0.5-1 ug/ml cadmium chloride to express and see the green centromere.
