OriginSB1969 (inbred strain B, cycloheximide heterokaryon) was crossed to SB3546 (inbred strain C3, paromomycin heterokaryon) and fusion failure was induced to produce C3/B heterokaryon strains. This strain is a whole genome homozygote for C3 in its MIC and for B in its MAC.
