CommentsDeposited line has been grown with high concentration of paromomycin (1 mg/ml) for phenotypic assortment, but it has not been subcloned. Gene has also been referred to as TtVPS13A. Stock has been maintained in SSP medium + 2 ug/ml CdCl2 + 1 mg/ml paromomycin.
